Cyberbit Opens Office in Singapore

Cyberbit on Monday announced the opening of a new office in Singapore. Elbit's subsidiary has identified Singapore as a strategic hub in the Asia Pacific region and is dedicated to being a part of the local cybersecurity ecosystem to protect Singapore and its assets from cyberattacks. The new office will enable Cyberbit to support its fast-growing customer base in Singapore and will accelerate Cyberbit’s expansion in the area, focusing on government and financial sectors. The Singapore office is Cyberbit’s third global office.

TAT to Provide Thermal Management Cooling Systems to Thales UK

TAT Technologies, an Israeli-based provider of services and products to aerospace and ground defense industries, was selected by Thales UK, a division of the Thales Group, to design, develop, supply and maintain thermal management cooling systems for Thales Radar Systems, which will be installed on Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) Helicopters. The program is for the delivery of cooling systems in the next five years, with a potential growth for additional systems in the future.

Russia to Supply T-90 Tanks to Iraq This Year

Russia will supply a large batch of T-90 tanks to Iraq this year, TASS reported on Thursday, citing Vladimir Kozhin, the Russian president’s aide for military technical cooperation.

"It’s a big contract for a big batch. I cannot name the exact sum, the number of tanks is big," confirmed Kozhin.

According to Defence Blog, this batch will be followed by others, and the total sum of the contract may exceed one billion US dollars.

Egypt Launches the Largest Military Base in the Middle East
