Israel Unveils Innovative Solutions at the Singapore Airshow

Eleven Israeli defense companies are presenting their solutions at the Israeli booth, set up to showcase blue-and-white solutions to a variety of potential clients in Asia

The Singapore Airshow, taking place between February 20th and 25th, 2024, is one of the largest aerospace events in Asia. The event attracts a global audience of industry professionals, government officials, and aviation enthusiasts.

This year's edition includes displays by international air forces, showcasing new aircraft and advanced technologies, and hosting various forums focusing on key topics in the defense industry.

As part of the exhibition, an Israeli booth was set up to showcase blue-and-white solutions to a variety of potential clients in Asia. Among the visitors to the Israeli booth were the Director-General of the Ministry of Defense, Major-General (ret.) Eyal Zamir; the Israeli Ambassador to Singapore, Eli Vered Hazan; Head of SIBAT (Israel Defense and Homeland Cyber Defense Directorate), Yair Kulas; CEO of Rafael, Dr. Yuval Steinitz; CEO of the Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), Boaz Levi, and many others.

Zamir stated that "The strength of Israel showcased at the exhibition sends a message to both enemies and friends. Security industries are expected to soon publish reports with record achievements in sales for the year 2023.”

Steinitz said in his opening remarks, on behalf of the defense industries: "There are many challenges, but there are also many industries in Israel. Science and research are those that cover, from a security perspective, Israel's disadvantages in terms of size and population."
