Over the past few days, the IDF has conducted a targeted operation in the Nasser hospital in Gaza’s Khan Yunis area, arresting Hamas terrorists and confiscating weapons found on the premises, including mortars and grenades. The Israeli forces also located medications labeled with the names of hostages.

On Tuesday, the IDF announced that it has information proving that Hamas continues to conduct military activities within the hospital and that the place was also used to hold hostages.

Israel publicly called for the evacuation of civilians from the hospital ahead of its operation in the complex, which it said would take place if terrorist activities based in the hospital did not cease immediately.

The IDF has repeatedly stressed that its targeted operation in the Nasser Hospital is conducted according to international law, and that baby food, water, and fuel had entered the hospital to make sure it continues running properly.
