The Indian website Bangalore Mirror reports that Israeli company Elbit has partnered with the Indian company Alpha Design Technologies Pvt Ltd (ADTL) from Bangalore for a joint venture called Alpha Elsec, and signed an agreement to establish a working relationship and to jointly oversee phased production of SkyStriker loitering munitions in India. For the purpose of production, Alpha Elsec is said to be planning to use its own infrastructure already established for various other Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) programs.

ADTL has also signed an agreement with Elbit Systems Electro-Optics (ELOP) for phased production of ELOP's space cameras and technology in India. The agreement is aimed at integrating ELOP’s space cameras and technology with a satellite platform to be provided by ADTL, the report said.

According to ADTL, "Space remote sensing is a globally evolving domain with ever increasing demand for better coverage and better performance. The applications are diverse and include many civilian applications among them such as infrastructure monitoring and planning and agriculture as well as homeland security and defense application. ADTL and ELOP had decided to team up to provide for both institutional customers as well as private sector."
