IAF Secures the Upgrading Work along the Gaza Strip Fence

The Israeli Air Force began to secure the engineering work being made along the Gaza Strip border fence, due to fear of sniper fire. In recent hours, there has been an increased presence of jets over the Gaza Strip.
Last week fire was opened at an IDF force which dealt with an engineering project to repair the security fence near Nir Oz, facing the south of the Strip. An IDF soldier was critically wounded and the IDF returned fire at the source, killing the commander of Hamas' observations in the region.
The work on the fence are being made by Magal company, whose workers are installing electronic devices as part of an upgrade of the separation fence that surrounds the Gaza Strip, a move that began following Operation Protective Edge.
