Chief of Staff and Deputy Commander of the Russian Aerospace Forces, Maj. Gen. Sergey Meshcheryakov announced on Friday that "a unified integrated air defense system has been set up in Syria."

Head of the F-35 JPO Visited Israel

A delegation led by the recently appointed head of the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO), Vice Admiral Mathias Winter, visited Israel last week. Vice Admiral Winter was appointed Head of the Joint Program Office last May, and this is his first visit to Israel. Jordan, Czech Republic Sign Nuclear Energy Agreement

Jordan and the Czech Republic on Tuesday signed a cooperation agreement in the peaceful use of nuclear energy. The agreement was signed in the presence of the prime ministers of the two states, who held talks on enhancing bilateral ties and political developments in the Middle East. 

The agreement, signed by the ambassadors of the two countries, includes the exchange of expertise in the civilian use of nuclear energy.
