Boeing Sponsors New Science Kindergarten in Israel

Located at the Yeruham Science Center, this new facility aims to promote digital literacy in kindergarten age in order to increase the number of young children who will choose science and technology educational programs

The Boeing Company is sponsoring a unique program in Israel: a science kindergarten in which children from all the kindergartens in Yeruham, in the Negev, will be able to learn and explore science and life sciences. This special center, which will be accompanied closely by scientists and academics, was inaugurated last week in the Yeruham Science Center.

The new facility aims to promote digital literacy in the kindergarten age in order to increase the number of young children who will choose science and technology educational programs. The Mayor of Yerucham, Ms. Tal Ohana, and the President of Boeing Israel, Maj. General (Res.) Ido Nehushtan, inaugurated the kindergarten and cut the ceremonial ribbon.
