Israel’s Reouel Group to Supply German Submarines with Advanced Operator Consoles

The company signed an agreement with Atlas Electronics, a ThyssenKrupp subsidiary

Atlas Electronics, a subsidiary of the German industrial engineering and steel production conglomerate ThyssenKrupp, signed an agreement with the Israeli company Reouel Group for the supply of submarine equipment.

The contract, valued in millions of dollars, stipulates that Reouel will supply the German company with dozens of advanced operator consoles for various submarine systems. The contract includes console design, manufacturing, and delivery.

Reouel is a provider of solutions in the fields of computing, communication, and multimedia, producing complex military systems for naval and terrestrial environments for over 35 years. The company’s consoles, which serve as monitoring and control stations, enable submarine operators to quickly and efficiently receive significant computing solutions.

Atlas Electronics is the maritime technology division of ThyssenKrupp and will assist the Israeli company in penetrating international markets in new areas.

Ido Ophir, CEO of ThyssenKrupp Israel, stated that his company has a significant long-term investment plan in Israel. Almog Levi, Vice President of Sales at Reouel praised the fruitful partnership with Atlas Electronics and the classified customer of the consoles, saying that this partnership will strengthen the connection's prestige and establish its position as a global leader in the maritime products industry.
