IT service management company Techtonic has announced the appointment of Avi Dadon as Head of New Facility Deployment for its new data center, built with an investment of hundreds of millions of NIS.

Previously, Dadon was Deputy Director General and Head of the Department of Production and Procurement (DOPP) at Israel’s Ministry of Defense (MoD). His career spans 30 years of IDF service, where he attained the rank of colonel.

Situated in the Beit Shemesh industrial zone, this 15,000 square meter underground facility will feature advanced physical shielding and adhere to the stringent international Tier IV standard for fault tolerance, infrastructure availability, and redundancy.

According to the company’s announcement, the new data center will also be secured against military threats such as direct and long-range missile strikes, ensuring that in the event they do occur, the facility's operations will not be affected.
