Troya, an Israeli developer and manufacturer of night vision equipment, currently supplies ballistic combat helmets to various security units in Israel. The company supplies BK-ACH helmets made by the Croatian company Sestan Busch.

The BK-ACH helmet has a level of protection IIIA with various cuts (high, mid, low), a night vision goggles adapter, and side rails and has been chosen for use by many NATO armies in the world, with an NSN number, and withstands the most rigorous standards and tests. Troya confirms that in recent years the helmets have been used by Israeli Special Forces.

Troya's VP of Marketing and Sales, Tomer Snir, says: "A combat helmet is a complementary product to our night vision goggles and we have actually been working with them routinely for many years and understand the material. This way we had the opportunity to optimally and immediately increase the focus on this product."

Referring to the company's activities during the current war, Snir added that "The company mobilized for the war effort, from the moment it was declared, and supplies the forces on the front line a great deal of combat equipment – also in fields complementary to our main activity. In light of a multitude of recent demands for high-end and standardized protective gear, the management of Troya decided to emphasize its activities vis-a-vis the forces in the field also in terms of personal protection."
