The Kingdom is believed to have modified up to three of its KE-3A tanker/cargo aircraft into the Boeing RE-3A tanker Tactical Airborne Surveillance System (TASS) including one RE-3B Improved Tactical Airborne Surveillance System (ITASS).

The Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) and Spanish firm Navantia on April 12, 2018, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to create a joint venture that will manage and localize naval combat systems activity including integration and installation. The MoA was signed by Ahmed Al-Khateeb, Chairman of SAMI, and Esteban García Vilasánchez, Chairman of Navantia.
IDF Destroys 'Longest, Deepest' Hamas Attack Tunnel

The Israel Defense Forces revealed on Sunday that it detected and destroyed a new tunnel dug by Hamas which penetrated several meters into Israeli territory from the northern Gaza Strip. Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman called it the "longest and deepest tunnel discovered so far."
The tunnel was discovered in the Jabalya area of the northern Gaza Strip, near one of the locations where Palestinians have been staging mass protests along the volatile Israel-Gaza border fence for the past several weeks.
