Silynxcom, an Israeli manufacturer and developer of ruggedized tactical communication headset devices, as well as other communication accessories, has announced that a European law enforcement customer has placed the first order for its latest In-Ear Headset system.

The system, customized to meet the specific requirements of law enforcement organizations utilizing Terrestrial Trunked Radio-based communication systems (TETRA), underwent successful testing by the customer, leading to the purchase of the system. TETRA commonly poses challenges to radio devices and headset performance quality due to its encryption and digitization protocols.

According to Silynxcom, the new system comprises an in-ear headset and a control box equipped with advanced technology, delivering superior audio quality and clarity for communication devices utilized in TETRA-based encrypted and secure communication systems. The new Silynxcom headset system is compatible with and seamlessly integrates into a broad spectrum of radio devices employed by law enforcement agencies worldwide.

"We are pleased to announce the first order of our new cutting-edge in-ear headset system, specially designed for law enforcement and public safety professionals. This innovation exemplifies our unwavering commitment to delivering secure, clear, and efficient communication solutions that meet the demanding requirements of law enforcement work. We aim to make the new system accessible to our existing customers while also opening up new opportunities to engage with government-sector customers and markets," said Nir Klein, CEO of Silynxcom.
