IAI, Aeronautics Offer UAVs to Vietnam
A report by Intelligence Online says both companies are competing in a UAV tender for the Vietnam Army, with IAI bidding its Heron and Aeronautics offering the Dominator

According to a report by Intelligence Online, both IAI and Aeronautics are looking to sell UAVs to Vietnam. While IAI is bidding its Heron MALE UAV for approximately $160 million, Aeronautics is offering the Dominator at a lower price.
The report notes that the negotiations are being conducted with a person close to the Vietnamese defense minister, and the price is a crucial factor. Over the past decade, Vietnam has purchased Israeli weapons to the tune of $1.5 billion.
IAI did not comment on this issue.
