Over 2000 Attendees and 80 Exhibiting Companies at Cybertech Asia 2018

Cybertech Asia 2018, which was held this week in Singapore, connected global cyber stakeholders to strengthen alliances and showcased next-generation cyber technologies and innovations

Cybertech Asia 2018 brought together over 2,000 people from around the world, including government decision makers, top industry leaders, thought leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, venture capital executives and cyber experts – all under one roof.

International high-profile speakers addressed the conference. The keynote speech was delivered by Teo Chin Hock, Deputy Chief Executive (Development), Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA)

Maj. Gen. (res.) Yiftach Ron-Tal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Israel Electric Corporation, and Vice Admiral (ret.) Eliezer (Eli) Marum, Chairman of the Board of Israel Airports Authority, also spoke at the event

Themed "Challenges and Opportunities in the New Cyber Era," Cybertech Asia 2018 provided an arena for critical discussion and knowledge exchange of sophisticated, commercial problem-solving strategies and solutions that meet the complex challenges facing a wide range of sectors: finance, defense, transportation, utilities, R&D, energy, manufacturing, service, health, government, telecommunications, and more.

The conference hosted several sessions, including The New Era of Cyber Threats – evaluating new vulnerabilities and threats; Cyber and Aviation – cybersecurity in the aviation industry; CyberMed – cybersecurity in the healthcare industry; Cyber for the Physical World – looking beyond cyber threats and attacks in the digital world to include physical infrastructure such as electricity systems; and Cyber Ecosystems Around the World – a discussion on the future generation of the cyber world globally.

Over 80 companies participated in the exhibition, showcasing their latest products and services against cyber threats facing today’s organizations and countries. The Startup Pavilion hosted some of the most promising and innovative startups who presented their latest innovations.
