Elbit Systems and TKMS Expand Collaboration on Naval Defense Solutions

Israel’s Elbit Systems and Germany’s TKMS have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic framework agreement aimed at expanding cooperation in the development, integration, and commercialization of advanced naval defense solutions.

The partnership is designed to leverage the complementary technological, operational, and industrial capabilities of both companies in order to address current and future maritime security challenges.
