On March 27, 2025, the city of Tel Aviv will host the DefenseTech conference, a key event within the TLV Sparks Innovation Summit. Initiated by Israel Defense, the event will bring together experts, investors, and leading entrepreneurs in the defense industry to explore and analyze the major trends and innovations shaping the future of the field.
Defensetech will serve as a central platform for in-depth discussions on pressing topics, including breakthrough technologies, the unique challenges of dual-use military and civilian technologies, and promising new investment opportunities. Attendees will gain valuable and up-to-date insights into the evolving landscape of the global defense industry.
The event will open with keynote lectures and deep-dive discussions, including a session on the battlefield of the future, examining the evolution of modern warfare and the challenges it presents. An expert panel will focus on defense innovation, analyzing the latest technological advancements across land, sea, air, and subterranean domains, and exploring how they can be integrated to create a more effective multi-domain military force.
A dedicated session will tackle the dual-use technology challenge, where speakers will address dilemmas arising from military and/or civilian applications of technology, engaging with the audience to seek creative solutions. One of the event’s highlights will be the "On-Stage Mentoring" session, featuring leading defense startups. Entrepreneurs will showcase their innovations and receive guidance from investors and industry leaders. The top ten most promising defense startups will be recognized in a special awards ceremony in collaboration with Robel Innovations.
