Israeli company TSG, which develops advanced software systems and solutions for the defense and civilian sectors, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the United States with an international defense company for a period of five years, with the option for extension. As part of the agreement, TSG's products will be integrated into the American company's systems to provide advanced technological solutions to the U.S. defense market. IsraelDefense has learned that the deal is valued at millions of dollars.
According to the company, the agreement includes the integration of TSG's advanced technologies into sensor-based defense systems, which will be incorporated into the operational systems of U.S. defense units and additional customers. This collaboration is expected to enhance the operational capabilities of these systems and improve the protection of tactical and strategic assets. The result will be an advanced system that delivers an improved response at both the tactical and strategic levels, leveraging the technological and operational strengths of both companies. All aspects of the agreement are subject to export restrictions imposed by the Israeli Ministry of Defense.
TSG CEO Eric Kilman stated: "We are proud of the group's impressive business growth and the significant expansion we have achieved over the past year. This agreement strengthens our presence in the U.S. defense market and underscores our commitment, alongside that of our defense partner, to technological leadership and long-term cooperation. The growing demand for TSG’s advanced technologies is driven by the operational experience gained from the security challenges of the past year and a half. We remain committed to leading the company's growth while maximizing the strong technological infrastructure we have built.
