Israeli AI company Wonderful raises $550M at $5B valuation
Founded in 2025, the company has already reached 650 employees and expanded to more than 35 markets, positioning its AI operating system as the infrastructure for enterprise-wide AI adoption
Israeli AI company Wonderful has raised $550 million in a Series C round at a $5 billion valuation, just over a year after its founding. The round was led by Insight Partners, with participation from Salesforce and existing investors including Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards and Bessemer Venture Partners.
The funding comes as Wonderful pushes its platform beyond individual AI tools and positions it as an operating system for enterprises. The company’s platform coordinates AI agents, automated workflows, AI-native applications, integrations and enterprise context across an organization.
Since its Series B in March 2026, Wonderful says it has expanded to more than 35 markets and grown to 650 employees worldwide. Its customers are using the platform to automate end-to-end processes, deploy AI agents and build applications designed specifically for AI.
Building the AI layer
Wonderful’s pitch is that enterprises should not have to rebuild their technology stack every time a new AI model emerges. Its platform is model-agnostic and designed to work with existing systems, while providing a shared layer for security, governance and orchestration.
The platform includes automated workflows, productivity agents, AI-native applications and conversational agents for customer-facing operations. Companies can deploy them independently or combine them within the same workflow.
“We’re entering a new era of enterprise transformation,” said Bar Winkler, CEO and co-founder of Wonderful. “Just as cloud platforms became the foundation of the modern enterprise, AI operating systems will become the foundation of every enterprise.”
Wonderful also deploys engineers alongside customers to bring initial use cases into production and transfer the expertise needed for companies to increasingly build and operate the platform themselves. The system can run across cloud environments as well as on-premise infrastructure.
Roey Lalazar, CTO and co-founder, said the platform’s modular design allows companies to adopt only the capabilities they need, integrate them with existing systems and choose different models for different workloads.
The new funding will accelerate product development, expand Wonderful’s global deployment teams and support growing enterprise demand.
