Israeli defense company Elbit Systems has secured contracts worth approximately $270 million with an undisclosed international customer for advanced intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and targeting systems.

The deal, to be executed over up to six years, includes Elbit’s SPECTRO family of multispectral electro-optical payloads and AMPS NG airborne ISR systems.

SPECTRO combines mid-wave infrared, visible and short-wave infrared imaging with laser designation and AI-based analytics. The systems are designed to detect and track targets and gather intelligence at long range across airborne, naval and ground applications, including in darkness and adverse weather.

The contract also covers AMPS NG systems for airborne ISR and targeting missions. By combining multiple imaging channels with advanced image processing and precision geo-pointing, the systems provide long-range target acquisition, surveillance and geolocation capabilities.

The scale and duration of the agreement underscore continued international demand for advanced electro-optical ISR and targeting capabilities, as militaries seek greater situational awareness and precision across increasingly complex operational environments.

Elbit did not disclose the identity of the customer or the platforms on which the systems will be deployed.
