Aero Sentinel Scales Up Tactical Drone Production Across Europe and Asia
The Israeli UAV company is investing in manufacturing capacity, supply chains, and next-generation capabilities as it expands into global markets

Aero Sentinel, an Israeli developer and manufacturer of tactical unmanned aerial systems, is expanding production capacity and moving toward serial manufacturing in Israel following a new investment in the company.
The company has accelerated preparations to meet growing demand, including the advance procurement of hundreds of cameras and electro-optical systems, increased component inventories, and adjustments to its production and integration processes. The move is aimed at shortening delivery times, improving system availability, and maintaining competitive pricing while keeping manufacturing operations in Israel.
In parallel, Aero Sentinel has expanded its network of partners across Europe and Asia and is conducting a series of exercises, trials, and demonstrations with customers and security forces in multiple markets.
The company is also developing the next generation of its technology, adding capabilities such as visual navigation and positioning, enhanced software, and a more open architecture designed to enable integration with external systems. The goal is to transform the platform from a standalone intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) system into a connected tactical solution that can operate alongside broader intelligence, command-and-control, and strike networks.
According to the company, the upgraded capabilities are intended to support a range of missions, including intelligence gathering, security operations, force protection, and faster operational decision-making.
Aero Sentinel is expected to unveil the next stage of its development at UVID 2026 in November, where it will present a new system reflecting its continued focus on connectivity, integration, and scalable production.
The company says the expansion marks its transition from a drone manufacturer into a developer of a complete Israeli tactical unmanned system, designed to meet evolving operational requirements and support customers across international markets.
