Israeli performance marketing company Edge226 has acquired fellow Israeli firm AnyClip Ltd., in a move aimed at strengthening its position in the rapidly evolving AI-powered advertising market spanning connected TV, mobile apps, and digital video.

Edge226, which specializes in outcome-driven campaigns for mobile apps and games, said the acquisition will deepen its capabilities in video intelligence, contextual targeting, and monetization. AnyClip brings proprietary AI technology that can analyze and structure video content at scale, enabling publishers to improve discovery, recommendation systems, and ad relevance.

Together, the companies aim to integrate content-level video understanding with Edge226’s performance marketing infrastructure, linking advertiser spend more directly to measurable outcomes such as installs, engagement, and revenue.

“AnyClip has built an impressive business with strong technology and deep expertise,” said Edge226 Co-CEO Yoav Kirmayer. “This acquisition broadens our capabilities and strengthens our platform across high-growth digital channels.”

Fellow Co-CEO Avishay Raviv said the deal enhances Edge226’s ability to deliver transparent, outcome-based advertising across video and emerging formats. AnyClip CEO Gil Becker called the transaction a “major milestone,” noting that the combination will expand opportunities in personalization, targeting, and video monetization.

The deal, whose terms were not disclosed, underscores a broader consolidation trend in Israel’s adtech and AI sector, where companies are racing to merge content intelligence with performance measurement tools in pursuit of more efficient, data-driven advertising models.
