Ondas Inc. reported strong commercial momentum in May 2026, securing more than $30 million in new orders across its defense, security and autonomous systems portfolio. The latest bookings bring quarter-to-date orders to over $110 million, underscoring accelerating demand for integrated unmanned technologies across global defense and infrastructure markets.

The orders span a wide range of systems, including counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS), air defense solutions, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) platforms, loitering munitions, unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) and robotic defense systems. The company said the contracts reflect growing customer preference for unified, multi-domain operational capabilities rather than standalone systems.

Ondas reported $50.1 million in revenue in Q1 2026, alongside a pro forma backlog of $457 million.

“Securing over $30 million in new orders during May, and over $110 million in orders quarter-to-date, reflects Ondas’ continued execution," said Chairman and CEO Eric Brock.

He added that Ondas is scaling production and deployment capabilities while expanding its integrated technology platform to support more complex mission requirements across defense and security markets.

Co-CEO Oshri Lugassy of Ondas Autonomous Systems said the industry is shifting toward networked battlefield systems rather than isolated tools. He said:

“The future is not one drone, one robot or one sensor. It is a connected mission architecture that integrates air defense, counter-UAS, ISR, loitering systems, and autonomous ground operations into a coordinated operational capability.”

Ondas said its strategy focuses on integrating engineering, manufacturing and deployment capabilities across its portfolio to deliver combined mission solutions across air and ground domains.

The company expects continued growth momentum driven by rising global demand for autonomous defense systems, with expansion planned across the United States, Europe, the Middle East and allied markets, alongside increased production capacity and further technology integration.
