Ondas Holdings reported record first-quarter 2026 results, sharply raising its full-year revenue outlook as demand for autonomous defense, counter-UAS, and robotics systems accelerates worldwide.

Ondas a leading provider of autonomous systems, robotics, and mission-critical technologies for defense, homeland security, public safety, critical infrastructure, and industrial markets.

The Company develops and deploys integrated unmanned and autonomous platforms across air, ground, and stratospheric environments, including autonomous drone systems, counter-UAS technologies, robotic ground systems, advanced unmanned aircraft and propulsion solutions, demining and engineering systems, and

The company said Q1 revenue reached $50.1 million, a more than 10-fold increase compared to the same period last year and up 66% quarter-over-quarter. Results also exceeded the top end of guidance by 25%, driven by strong demand across its counter-drone and ground robotics portfolio.

Following the results, Ondas raised its full-year 2026 revenue forecast to at least $390 million, representing projected growth of roughly 670% year-over-year.

Backlog surged to $457 million, up from $68.3 million at the end of 2025, reflecting both strong organic demand and recent acquisitions. The company also reported $1.48 billion in cash and short-term investments as of March 31, 2026, providing significant financial flexibility for continued expansion.

“Our system-of-systems platform is scaling effectively, and we are beginning to realize the benefits of a global operating platform designed to support higher levels of business activity,” said CEO Eric Brock.

A major driver of growth has been rising demand for counter-drone and autonomous defense systems. Ondas highlighted strong momentum in its Sentrycs and Iron Drone platforms, alongside significant contract wins across Europe and the Middle East.

Operationally, the company reported that its product businesses reached adjusted EBITDA profitability six months ahead of target, although consolidated losses remain due to integration and expansion costs.

Ondas also emphasized rapid expansion through acquisitions, including Mistral, World View, Rotron Aerospace, Bird Aero, and Indo-Earth, expanding its portfolio into loitering munitions, ISR systems, and autonomous defense platforms.

A key strategic development is the company’s partnership with Palantir Technologies, aimed at integrating artificial intelligence into its multi-domain defense systems spanning air, ground, and stratospheric layers.

The company said its SkyWeaver initiative will combine Ondas’ hardware and autonomy systems with Palantir’s AI platforms to enable real-time battlefield decision-making and mission coordination.

Ondas is also expanding manufacturing and regional operations, including a joint venture in Europe to support localized production and customer engagement for defense programs.

Despite increased operating losses in the quarter, the company said it expects profitability trends to improve through the year as revenue scales, with adjusted EBITDA losses peaking in Q2 2026 before narrowing.

Looking ahead, Ondas said global demand for autonomous defense systems continues to strengthen its long-term outlook, with management pointing to a multi-year growth cycle driven by rising security threats and increased military investment worldwide.
