Gilat Wins $7 Million Contract to Supply Mobile SATCOM Terminals

Gilat DataPath, a subsidiary of Israel’s Gilat Satellite Networks, has won a $7 million contract to supply mobile SATCOM terminals to the U.S. Department of Defense

The contract, valued at over $7 million, includes Gilat DataPath’s popular DKET 3421 mobile terminals and associated support services. Deliveries are expected by the end of 2025.

Gilat DataPath’s DKET 3421 terminals provide a stable, field-proven solution that meets the demand for high-quality, reliable SATCOM terminals. The DKET 3421 supports multi-carrier operations with an expandable modem architecture accommodating up to 32 modems.

Demand for mobile SATCOM solutions continues to grow as defense organizations seek systems that can be rapidly deployed, offering resilient, high-capacity communications in dynamic environments.
