Aeronautics, an Israeli designer, developer, and manufacturer of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) for the defense and homeland security markets, has secured contracts worth over $50 million from multiple international customers for the supply of its advanced Orbiter 4 UAS in various configurations.

According to Aeronautics, the Orbiter 4 System stands out as a versatile and powerful UAS designed for advanced, flexible, and precise operations. It features ease of use, a low logistical footprint, and minimal crew requirements. The system supports a range of payloads with different capabilities, providing tailored solutions for the evolving needs of the modern battlefield.

Designed for both land and maritime missions, the Orbiter 4 is known for its extended endurance, operational flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. As an advanced Group 3 tactical UAS, it supports multi-mission and multi-payload operations, even in adverse weather conditions. Its modular design allows for rapid field reconfiguration — such as switching between launcher-based and VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) setups — offering adaptability to dynamic operational environments.

"We are proud to announce these new contracts for our Orbiter 4 systems. This state-of-the-art, battle-proven UAS delivers exceptional operational capabilities and sets a new benchmark for flexibility, mission success, efficiency, and survivability,” stated Dan Slasky, President & CEO of Aeronautics. “We see strong potential in our collaboration with these important customers and remain committed to delivering innovative solutions for the challenges ahead."
