Priority Software Launches AI-Driven ERP Platform

Priority Software Ltd., a provider of ERP and business management solutions, has launched aiERP, a new suite of AI capabilities embedded into the core of its cloud-based ERP system. The update reflects the company's broader strategy to position ERP as a tool not just for infrastructure, but for enabling efficiency and managing risk.

The launch follows a series of acquisitions by Priority, including Israeli firms EDEA, Mashov, and SilverByte, and comes nearly a year after its acquisition by U.S. investment firm Blackstone, in a deal reportedly valued at $800 million.

The new AI-powered features in aiERP are designed to enhance the user experience, support forecasting, and streamline operations. By embedding AI directly into the system’s architecture, Priority aims to shift from feature-based enhancements to a platform that works alongside users to support everyday decisions.

The platform enables AI-based personalization, smart recommendations, and a natural-language interface to search data, build automations, and define business rules. It also includes AI-driven demand and sales forecasting to improve planning, inventory, finance, and risk management.

Other features include smart text editing—such as email tone and clarity improvements—and optimized delivery route planning. Future versions are expected to introduce conversational interfaces for report-building, anomaly detection for fraud prevention, and enhanced business insights.

Existing users will be able to access aiERP through seamless upgrades to the current Priority platform.

Priority is also applying AI to its customer service operations with automated multilingual Q&A tools, intelligent case routing, and workload balancing.
