Buildots Secures $45M in Series D Funding to Drive AI-Led Construction Revolution
Construction tech firm eyes global expansion as AI-fueled infrastructure boom accelerates
Buildots, an Israeli startup specializing in AI-driven construction management, has raised $45 million in a Series D funding round led by Qumra Capital. The latest investment brings the company’s total funding to $166 million and positions it for continued rapid growth, with triple-digit revenue increases expected for the second consecutive year.
Buildots uses cutting-edge AI and computer vision to provide construction teams with predictive insights that reduce project delays by up to 50% and significantly cut costs. Amid surging demand for data centers and large-scale infrastructure, coupled with supply chain disruptions and labor shortages, the company’s technology offers a timely solution for an industry under pressure.
The company plans to use the new capital to expand its platform across more phases of the construction lifecycle. By leveraging historical data, Buildots aims to benchmark and optimize future projects—helping firms move from reactive problem-solving to proactive, data-informed planning.
“This investment is about transforming how construction is managed worldwide,” said Roy Danon, CEO and co-founder of Buildots. “The industry is moving beyond pilot programs to long-term enterprise adoption. We’ve already signed multiple seven-figure deals this year. Operational excellence takes time, but we’re building a future where construction management is intelligent, predictive, and scalable.”
Qumra Capital’s Managing General Partner, Boaz Dinte, underscored the company’s momentum: “Buildots has shown it can deliver real ROI for some of the world’s largest construction firms. In 2024, it achieved exponential growth while maintaining low customer churn. This isn’t just about smart technology—it’s about a visionary team redefining a global industry.”
The company’s client roster includes top U.S. contractors such as The Turner Corporation, STO Building Group Inc., JE Dunn, Mortenson, and Pomerleau. In the UK, strategic partnerships have been established with major builders including Sir Robert McAlpine, Wates, and Kier. Across Europe, clients include industry giants like VINCI Construction, Hochtief, Bouygues, and NCC.
Buildots has also found a growth engine in the expanding market for semiconductor fabs. Intel, one of its clients and now also an investor, uses the platform to improve efficiency in its global chip factory construction efforts.
With its Series D funding, Buildots plans to deepen its technological offerings, enhance scalability, and reinforce its standing as a leader in the digital transformation of the construction industry.
