ImageSat International (ISI), a leading provider of space-based intelligence solutions, announced that it has signed a two-year agreement worth $42 million with a strategic customer, identified only as “Client A.” The contract includes services from ISI’s EROS satellite constellation, as well as complementary equipment and technical support. Annual revenue from the agreement is expected to reach $21 million, contingent on the company meeting predetermined service thresholds.

The deal is part of ISI’s ongoing strategy to expand its global presence in satellite operations and geospatial intelligence. It joins a series of recent contracts the company has secured, reflecting increasing demand for its capabilities in both defense and commercial sectors.

“This agreement represents a significant milestone in executing our long-term business strategy,” said Noam Segal, CEO of ISI. “It signals a clear trend toward long-term partnerships with high-value, strategically important clients.”

Segal added that the new contract builds on recent agreements involving advanced satellite delivery and AI-based analytics services. He emphasized that ISI’s international footprint and broad portfolio position the company to respond quickly and flexibly to evolving security challenges, enabling further growth in its order pipeline.

Throughout 2024, ISI has reported several major deals in the field. In January, the company signed a five-year, $37.5 million contract with a strategic partner for services using the EROS C satellite. In September, ISI secured a $54.5 million contract with an international defense client for three years of space-based analytics services. That same month, it signed an agreement with a customer in Asia for the supply of two RUNNER satellites equipped with sub-meter resolution color imaging and onboard AI-driven data processing.

In February, ISI announced a development partnership with Singapore-based ST Engineering to co-develop the KNIGHT satellite. The platform is expected to feature 50-centimeter resolution imaging, video capabilities, SWIR technology, and advanced onboard data processing tools.
