MCTECH Delivers Advanced MC-2000 VRF Jamming Systems to East Asian Military in Multi-Million-Dollar Deal
Israeli-made system offers cutting-edge protection against drones and IED threats, combining high-power jamming with secure communication capabilities for mobile forces in complex combat environments
MCTECH RF Technologies, an Israeli developer and manufacturer of frequency jamming solutions for combating electronic and technological threats, recently delivered dozens of its latest MC-2000 VRF systems to a military force in East Asia, as part of a multi-million-dollar deal.
According to the company, the MC-2000 VRF, designed and assembled in Israel, represents a technological breakthrough in the fight against drones (UAVs) and remote-controlled improvised explosive devices (RCIEDs). The system features advanced reactive capabilities, 2KW of jamming power, and a protection range spanning several hundred meters in all directions—providing wide-area coverage for convoys and mobile forces, even in challenging terrain.
The MC-2000 VRF can detect hostile communication attempts in real time and selectively jam all commonly used frequencies in combat scenarios. These include drone control bands, cellular communications, satellite navigation signals, and both analog and digital communication channels, whether military or civilian. Its instantaneous and adaptive response makes it a critical asset on the battlefield, where reaction time can determine the outcome.
According to Ido Bar Oz, MCTECH's Chief Marketing Officer, "The new system is stronger, smarter, and packed with revolutionary technological capabilities. It not only delivers precise and effective jamming, but also enables secure communication windows for our own forces within isolated areas—without exposing location or infrastructure. It represents a significant leap forward in delivering mobile and dynamic protection in hostile environments."
