UVision Air, an Israeli producer of loitering munition systems, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Omnisys, an Israeli provider of battle-proven mission planning and optimization systems. As part of this collaboration, Omnisys' advanced BRO (Battle Resource Optimization) system is integrated with UVision's HERO loitering munitions, delivering a comprehensive battlefield management solution.

According to Omnisys, its BRO system has been combat-proven across a wide range of operational domains. It ensures mission success by optimizing decision-making and resource management for commanders and planners, maximizing operational effectiveness. The system enhances mission planning and execution by adapting system deployment to the enemy, terrain, and operational theater.

During mission planning and execution, BRO calculates optimized routes and transfers data to UVision's command and control system, enabling the simultaneous management of multiple HERO loitering munitions. This optimization ensures precise munition allocation based on target type, location, flight altitude, trajectory, warhead selection, additional effectors, payloads, weather conditions, mapping data, and other critical parameters.

UVision states that integrating Omnisys' system with its HERO loitering munitions enhances overall mission effectiveness by improving operational precision, minimizing human error, increasing target engagement success rates, and strengthening force protection through remote mission management. This combined solution reduces cognitive load on operators, allowing them to focus on strategic decision-making and maximize combat performance.

Dr. Ran Gozali, CEO of UVision Air, stated: "This partnership with Omnisys introduces a new paradigm in mission execution. By autonomously managing multiple loitering munitions and their engagement, operators can prioritize strategic decisions, enhancing both lethality and operational efficiency."

Ofer Yarden, CEO of Omnisys, added: "The integration of our battle-proven mission optimization technologies with UVision's cutting-edge loitering munitions equips commanders with the tools to make optimal decisions. This collaboration significantly enhances mission success rates and battlefield effectiveness. Our combined solution delivers unprecedented levels of automation and precision in loitering munition deployment, marking a major advancement in defense technology."
