Israeli Elbit Systems Land and German Diehl Defense have announced the signing of a cooperation agreement focused on rocket artillery ammunition for the PULS and EuroPULS systems.

In their statements, the companies noted that this collaboration aims to address the growing European interest in rocket artillery and deep strike capabilities. As part of this partnership, Elbit and Diehl Defense will supply rockets and advanced training rockets specifically tailored to the needs of European rocket artillery, particularly for the German armed forces.

Yehuda (Udi) Vered, General Manager of Elbit Systems Land, stated: "We are pleased to cooperate with Diehl Defense in the field of rocket artillery. I believe that this partnership is both synergistic and timely, especially given the expertise of both companies and the simultaneous rise in demand for advanced rocket artillery capabilities.

"The EuroPULS launcher, a joint initiative of Elbit and KNDS Germany, aims to meet European and NATO forces' technical and operational requirements."

Just a few days ago, the Greek Ministry of National Defense announced that representatives of the Franco-German consortium KNDS presented the EuroPULS multiple launch vehicle to the General Staff of the Greek Army (GES). The ministry's announcement did not specify the number of systems Greece intends to purchase or the potential value of the deal.
