MCTECH Supplies Advanced Counter-Drone Systems to Southeast Asia in Multimillion-Dollar Deal
The MC-Horizon D360VMs V4 system detects aerial threats while on the move and neutralizes them before they pose a danger
MCTECH RF Technologies Ltd., an Israeli developer and manufacturer of high-end RF jamming and counter-drone solutions, has supplied the next generation of counter-drone and UAV systems, the MC-Horizon D360VMs V4, to an undisclosed Southeast Asian country in a deal worth millions of dollars.
According to MCTECH, the new-generation MC-Horizon D360VMs V4 systems, mounted on vehicles, represent a technological breakthrough. They detect aerial threats from distances greater than five kilometers while on the move and neutralize them before they become a threat.
The integrated SIGINT system can automatically identify, decipher, and classify target data in real-time, extracting information such as drone location, operating frequency, altitude, azimuth to the target, type, model, operator location, and home base. This makes it ideal for protecting convoys of vehicles, tanks, and APCs from drone attacks in dynamic battlefields.
Haim Meirovich, CEO of MCTECH, stated, "We are proud to launch the new generation MC-Horizon D360VMs V4, which boasts an exceptionally fast detection rate, capable of identifying and locating even FPV and racing drones known for their low signature, high speed, and agility, and are constantly used in battlefields. The MC-Horizon D360VMs V4 reflects MCTECH's commitment to innovation and excellence in counter-drone technology, addressing current threats and preparing for future challenges."
