Israel Security Agency arrests perpetrator of Tapuach Junction shooting attack
Based on intelligence information from the ISA, elite police and ISA forces raided the building in the village of Silwad where the fugitive was hiding

Following intensive intelligence and operational activities by the Israel Security Agency, the IDF and the Israel Police, the perpetrator of the shooting attack at Tapuach Junction, in which Yehuda Guetta was killed and two other Israeli citizens were wounded, was located and arrested. The perpetrator is Muntasir Shalabi, 44, a resident of the town of Turmus Ayya who is not affiliated with any terror group.
Based on intelligence information from the ISA, elite police and ISA forces stormed the building in the village of Silwad where the fugitive was hiding. The perpetrator was handed over to the ISA for questioning.
