Senior Swiss diplomat falls to her death in Iran

The media in Switzerland confirmed the death of the diplomat and said that she fell from the 18th floor of the building where she lived

A 52-year-old woman fell from an apartment in a high-rise building in the capital Tehran. The woman, who was not identified by name, was the first secretary of the Swiss embassy in Tehran, Press TV reported. 

The official news agency of the Islamic republic reported that her death was an "accident" and that "suicide has been ruled out". The media in Switzerland confirmed the death of the diplomat and reported that she fell from the 18th floor of the building.
