Elbit acquires GPS system producer BAE Systems Rokar

Israel's Elbit Systems announced Thursday the acquisition of BAE Systems Rokar International from BAE Systems, the U.S. headquartered subsidiary of BAE Systems, for approximately $31 million. Cash held by Rokar is not included.  

Located in Jerusalem, Israel, Rokar specializes in the development, manufacturing, integration, and support of high-end GPS receivers and guidance systems for advanced defense applications.
