Delivery of advanced F-15SA fighters to Saudi Arabia completed

The final plane was handed over to Saudi Arabia by Boeing. The delivery is part of a $29 billion deal between Washington and Riyadh

Saudi Arabia received the final shipment of advanced F-15SA fighters produced by Boeing. The U.S. Air Force announced that the delivery to the Royal Saudi Air Force was "a key milestone supporting the National Defense Strategy imperative to strengthen alliances and attract new partners."                    

The Defense Blog website reported that the fighters are part of a $29 billion arms deal. The Saudi SA variant includes an advanced electronic warfare suite, a fly-by-wire flight control system, an active electronically scanned array radar, advanced cockpit displays and an ultramodern pilot helmet.
