Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu welcomed the agreements.

Trump spoke at the White House in the presence of the leaders of the two countries, which were part of the state of Yugoslavia in the past, and confirmed an agreement to establish    highway and railway links between Serbia and Kosovo. Serbian President Alexandar Vucic told reporters in Washington that that there are still wide differences between Serbia and Kosovo, which was part of Serbia but declared independence in 2008. The Serbian president told the media in his country that the agreement is between Serbia and the US, not between Serbia and Kosovo.
