Elbit Acquires Full Ownership of Flying Production

Elbit Systems has officially become a drone manufacturer, after acquiring the remainder of Israel-based Flying Production’s shares over the last two months, sources told IsraelDefense.
The move is consistent with Elbit’s policy of controlling the value chain, promoted by the Company’s President and CEO Bezhalel Machlis.
It should be noted that Elbit, via Flying Production, competed for several UAV tenders of the Israeli Ministry of Defense, and won the “Zur” tender.
