Israel-based Aeronautics presented the product of its cooperative alliance with the Israeli intelligence systems specialist Verint at the Eurosatory exhibition in Paris: a new intelligence gathering UAV.

The UAV mockup presented at the exhibition features a transparent envelope, which unveils the intelligence collection systems installed close to the nose for the first time.

In the context of this cooperative effort, the Orbiter-3 UAV by Aeronautics carries the SigInt systems by Verint, which collect electronic emissions and communication traffic.

The intelligence collection UAV by Aeronautics and Verint is presented alongside Aeronautics' larger UAV, the Orbiter-4. According to Aeronautics' CEO, Amos Mathan, several countries have already purchased this UAV.

The Orbiter-4 can carry two payloads and has an endurance of more than 20 hours.

Aeronautics also presented their cooperative effort with the Vorpal Company of Israel, involving radio jamming of drones. The jamming system provides a sterile, drone-free area.
