Serbia Offers Nora B-52 155mm Howitzer to UAE

A delegation of the Serbian Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces were recently in the United Arab Emirates to demonstrate products and innovations of the Serbian defense industry.
According to Army Recognition, the Serbian delegation performed a live firing demonstration of the NORA B-52K1 based on a KAMAZ 8x8 military truck chassis. The NORA B-52K1 is a 155mm 52 caliber wheeled self-propelled howitzer designed and developed by the Serbian Defense Company YugoImport.
The NORA B-52K1 crew cab of the truck and the 155mm gun turret can be fitted with armor offering ballistic protection against firing of small arms and artillery shell splinters.
The artillery weapon system is fully integrated into AFCCS (Artillery Fire Command and Control System) for battlefield observation, target acquisition, data transfer, ballistic computation and fire command instructions transfer. The system can be deployed in less than 60 seconds and is able to fire at a maximum rate of fire of four rounds/min.
