Hezbollah Cell Attempting to Place Bomb on the Border Was Hit

The border is heating up: a cell that engaged in terrorist activity near the border fence in the Golan, has been identified by the IDF. Shells were fired toward the cell as well as firing of combat forces. Injury was identified. There were no casualties to the IDF.

Preliminary assessment of the incident indicates that it was an attempt of placing an explosive device on the border region. The IDF estimates that the activity is performed with the directing of Hezbollah.

Last week, an attack on the convoy of trucks carrying advanced missiles, was attributed by the foreign media to Israel. Hezbollah’s Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah promised that his organization will avenge the attack and accused Israel as responsible for the action. The organization may now wish to heat up the region.
