Rafael Advanced Defense Systems of Israel hosted some 100 government, military and media representatives as part of the company's preparations for a live demo next week of its tactical radio system – BNET. The demo is part of Rafael's effort to showcase BNET's capabilities aimed at Bulgaria's BBG Program. The Bulgarian delegation included Veselin Mareshki, Deputy Chairman of the Parliament and Gen. The delegates were briefed by Rafael's executives who shared the company's unique technological portfolio and capabilities. Particular focus was put on the BNET tactical radio capabilities, as well as Rafael's famous SPIKE Family of tactical, electro-optical missiles sold to 29 countries, including numerous NATO members. Rafael's officials also briefed the audience about its Remote-Controlled Weapon Stations. Both are suitable for any platform of choice of the Bulgarian army, to provide a complete solution suite enabling full maneuverability and lethality in the battlefield.

Since its establishment in 1948, Rafael has been a pioneer in the development of numerous air, land, naval and space systems for the IDF and dozens of militaries around the world. Some of its latest achievement include the Iron Dome, David's Sling and Trophy systems.

The live demo will be held on February 27, 2018, in Karlova.
