Report: Honduras Buys Six UAVs from Elbit Systems

El Heraldo reveals that Honduras will purchase six unmanned aerial vehicles from Elbit Systems as part of a G2G deal with Israel

Elbit Systems will deliver six UAVs to the Honduran Military as part of a G2G deal between Israel and Honduras.

According to El Heraldo, the Honduran Army purchased three systems, each containing two drones. The unmanned aerial systems are expected to arrive in Honduras by the end of 2018 or the beginning of 2019. The report does not specify which UAVs are included in the deal but mentions that Honduras ordered more than one type.

 Elbit Systems declined to comment on the report.
