MDA to Supply Communication Antenna Subsystem for the AMOS-17 Satellite

MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (MDA), a global communications and information company, announced that it has signed a multi-million dollar contract with Boeing Satellite Systems, Inc. to supply a communication antenna subsystem for the AMOS-17 satellite.

Scheduled for launch in 2019, AMOS-17 will expand and strengthen Spacecom's coverage of the growing satellite service markets in Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
